Delivery costs where applicable are displayed upon the item page, where no delivery charges are displayed the delivery is free within the UK.
If costs need to be added or for overseas delivery please contact me for details.
I will endeavour to dispatch the items within 7 working days unless it is a specific bespoke order, dispatch times will then be agreed with the recipient prior to payment.
Payment is made via Pay Pall. The payment window will open once you have reached the checkout page.
I shall send an e-mail as conformation of the order.
I shall e-mail conformation of dispatch and postal carrier details.
In accordance with the trading standards regulation there is a 14 days cancellation period, and if you need to return the delivered goods, please do so in the original packaging,
Once the items are returned to me I shall reimburse the cost of the product via the same payment medium, ( Pay Pal)
Unless previously agreed by Apollo and Artemis crafts all costs of returns are borne by customer.
